WSB Fishtail Active Compression Lure Rod – 7ft 6-90g

The WSB Fishtail Active Compression Lure Rod is a versatile 7ft predator rod designed for anglers who want a responsive, stiff-action rod capable of handling an exceptionally broad range of lure weights.

Built using Active Compressive Technology, this high-quality two-piece lure rod combines a stiff action with a massive 6-90g casting range, making it suitable for everything from relatively lightweight lures through to much larger predator presentations.

Active Compressive Technology

The blank is manufactured using WSB's Active Compressive Technology, creating the stiff action required for responsive lure fishing and effective control throughout the cast and

retrieve.

At 7ft (2.10m), the rod provides a compact, manageable setup particularly well suited to active lure fishing.

Huge 6-90g Casting Range

One of the biggest advantages of the Fishtail Active Compression is its versatility.

Rated for lures from just 6g right through to 90g, it gives predator anglers the flexibility to fish a huge variety of lure styles and sizes without constantly changing rods.

This makes it a particularly useful choice for pike and general predator lure fishing.

Fully Lined Guides & K-Style Butt Guide

The rod features fully lined guides, together with a K-style butt guide designed to assist easy line release during casting.

Combined with the rod's stiff action, the guide arrangement helps create a responsive setup designed for repeated lure casting.

Ergonomically Designed Handle

An ergonomically designed handle provides a comfortable grip while also being specifically designed to assist with rapid casting – particularly useful when you're covering plenty of water and repeatedly working lures throughout a session.
